STERIFORCE is the brand name we use in our decontamination business, coined from the words STERI (sterilization) and FORCE (force), and registered as a trademark for our products and services. We have established this brand name to convey our commitment to you in the decontamination business as well.
STERIFORCE
Decontamination equipment for safety cabinets using chlorine dioxide gas with a Fixed concentration method (NSF/ANSI49). Made in Japan, it decontaminates safety cabinets in about one hour. Monitors chlorine dioxide gas concentration during decontamination and controls chlorine dioxide gas concentration to a constant level.
Chlorine dioxide gas sensor for high concentration gas
Equipped with Japan's first high-concentration (2000ppm) chlorine dioxide gas sensor. (Calibration is available in Japan and Vietnam)
Gas scrubber
A scrubber is also provided as standard equipment to decomposition chlorine dioxide gas after the decontamination of the safety cabinet. Chlorine dioxide gas can decomposition in as little as one hour.
STERIFORCE-tab
Chlorine dioxide solution is generated by placing the STERIFORCE exclusive tablets into the chlorine dioxide gas decontamination equipment. The tablets are specially processed and can be handled as non-deleterious goods before opening. Unlike other chlorine dioxide generation methods, only one type of tablet is needed to produce a chlorine dioxide solution.
Biological Indicator
It will be a biological indicator for chlorine dioxide gas only.
MESALabs (ACD/6) Bacillus atrophaeus (ATCC#9372), Log6, will be Tyvek/Mylar packaging.
Special liquid medium (RM/100) is also available.
